* 99.9% uptime guarantee
* 4-hour response time for premium support
* 24-hour response time for standard support

5. Intellectual Property
* Platform source code is under GPL v3 license
* Customer data ownership belongs to the customer
* White-label usage rights are determined within the contract

6. Limitations and Prohibitions
* System abuse
* Illegal activities
* Spam and harmful content
* Activities threatening system security

eMind Platform cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from service interruptions, data losses, or issues arising from third-party software.

8. Contract Modifications
eMind reserves the right to modify these terms of service without prior notice. Changes take effect when published on the website.

9. Termination Conditions
* Service contract can be terminated with 30 days notice
* Data must be requested within 30 days of termination
* Data will be deleted after 30 days
